Exported PNG Files Are Messed Up

The colors are all screwy on the exported PNG files from certain videos. I think this is just happening for some .mov files, but I'm not sure. The actual encoded video looks good, it's only the exported PNGs that are messed up.

Any ideas? This is on the Linux version of flixd.
