hello all,
I have been thinbking about this solution instead of spending my cash on the Flix Engine. I did buy the Wildform FlixEngine (FLV7) back in the days, but now that On2 switched to a per-encode-pricing-model I said 'Thanks, but no thanks' to upgrading to FLV8.
But, what if this setup: Windows machine, Quicktime Pro 7, Macromedia Flash Pro 8. I should be able to write a wrapper script for the ActiveX version of the QuicktimePlayer and automate FLV8 exports from the commandline right?
Seems a legal alternative to the Flix Engine isn't it? any thoughts on this?
