audio not syncing

I'm evaluating the flix engine for linux and i'm having problems with audio not always syncing up with video. When i run the same imput files through the windows version of Flix Pro the audio is fine, however with the linux flixd the audio is off for certain video files. Is this a known issue or is there a solution to my problem? I'd really like to get the linux version working so I can script encodes easily.

I also had the same problem. my co-worker scanned audio and video packets but didn't find any particular problem. i think, that is because of mancoder.
anyone who know the solution or the real cause?
