VP6 to H263

I'm working with the linux edition of the flix engine. Wondering if it's at all possible to re-encode a VP6 flv with H263 codec. I've been attempting to do this, but have not had any luck yet.

I'm wondering the same thing I need to do something similar.

I think if you install ffdshow or mencoder, I think you can do this. You would have to enable the libavcodec for H.263 and theoretically, it would work. I have not personally tried it though.
